discussing the link between animal cruelty and domestic violence
KVHS offers age specific curriculum for children grades K-12.
A wide range of topics dealing with pets and their people are
available.
Educational tours of the shelter are available by appointment
The KVHS provides community education through annual appeals,
weekly columns in the Kennebec Journal and Community Advertiser,
quarterly newsletters, and a monthly television program called Pet
Haven Lane on Time Warner Channel 9.
